In addition to its dedicated rotomolding facility, CZPLAY operates a specialized workshop focused on manufacturing non-motorized outdoor playgrounds for large-scale government park projects. Products destined for export undergo a meticulous detailed design process, which includes breaking down components according to shipping container dimensions. If the client possesses a professional installation team, we can provide video-based guidance; alternatively, if the client lacks a professional team, we can dispatch our own expert installers to the site. In the latter case, the client is required to provide necessary auxiliary installation machinery, complete the necessary site hardening operations (such as foundation work), and ensure that local general laborers are available on-site to assist with the installation.

For standard modular children's slides, climbing frames, or any standalone equipment, customers are welcome to handle the installation themselves—though having prior experience with similar playground equipment is highly recommended. Additionally, the installation environment must be discussed with CZPLAY in advance; for instance, if the ground surface is unpaved (as many sites often start as empty lots), the equipment itself must be manufactured with specific adaptations to suit the ground conditions—such as featuring extended support legs or base plates with pre-drilled holes for secure bolting.
