Our products are certified by CE, EN1176, ISO14001, and other certifications. For outdoor play equipment exported to Asia-Pacific, Europe, America, Oceania, Africa, and other regions, please consult CREEZ for other types of certificates.

Since our equipment is primarily large-scale outdoor amusement equipment, it is only suitable for full container sea freight transportation. A set of large slides usually occupies more than half of a container. If you are a wholesaler or distributor, opting for full container transportation is more cost-effective, and you can also enjoy additional free accessories.

Our product warranty period is uniformly one year, and the average service life is generally over 5 years. For full container exports, additional accessories are provided for maintenance and replacement when necessary. If your product is installed in extreme environments such as islands, or high-temperature and high-humidity environments, please inform us so that we can implement additional processes to extend its service life.

If your company has experience with similar product installations, you can proceed with the installation yourself, and we will provide guidance. If you are purchasing in bulk or through government procurement, we can also arrange for a professional installer to fly to your Country for on-site installation guidance. Your installation team can also learn how to install and maintain the product.

The delivery time of the product is determined based on the specific order. The production time is usually around 15-20 days, subject to the contract. The shipping time is subject to the shipping company.

We can provide design renderings based on the customer's venue, and also add the customer's LOGO and company name on the product's nameplate. Some products can be customized according to the customer's concept, but the delivery time for customized products is usually longer.
